Bryce Sutton
Chief Operations Officer
Bryce joined PMG back in 2009 as an assistant helping out with production. He has taken on numerous roles throughout his 12 years at PMG including Production planning and warehouse manager. Bryce has now taken over the Chief Operating Officer position in which he uses his knowledge gained from working all aspects of the company to help run the day-to-day operations of PMG.

Damien Simmons
Sales Manager
Damien joined the business in 2015,after having PMG as a customer in a previous Sales role. Damien’s current position is a Sales Manager, he is responsible for promoting and selling products or services to our customers and overseeing the sales process from prospection to closing deals. His primary focus is to build relationships with customers and understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. Overall, Damien’s goal is to drive sales, foster a positive sales culture and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Jacqui Suttie
Administration
Jacqui joined the family business in 2000 when she completed her VCE and began as a Machine Operator and Quality Controller in the Mould Shop. From 2008, the rapid expansion of PMG Engineering brought new customers and products, our premises doubled, more equipment acquired, and we implemented the AspectPL MES Software. As her father Gerard took a step back from daily operations and concentrated on Product Development, Jacqui took control as Production Director and is now in integral member of our management team.
Jacqui ensures that our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
